Master Plastering Contractors specialises in high-end plastering for residential, commercial and high-rise projects across Perth and regional Western Australia. A multi-generational family business with over 40 years of industry experience, we deliver all aspects of the trade: white set, float work, internal and external rendering, external sand finishes, and float coats prepared for texture coating. From a private home to a large commercial development, our approach combines traditional trade knowledge with careful preparation, precise detailing and consistent finishes that complement the architecture.

Our family & team
Led by Gus Fazari, CEO and director, our family business brings generations of practical plastering knowledge to every project. Our workforce includes 92 employees, supported by a network of subcontractors, working with more than 95 building supervisors.
As HIA members, with a registered builder on our team, we bring a wider understanding of construction to the way we plan and coordinate our work. You deal directly with our team, from the first conversation to the work on site.

01Texture coating
Texture coating gives a surface depth, character and a consistent appearance across a whole elevation. It's one of our specialities. We apply texture finishes that suit the architecture, whether the design calls for something subtle or a more pronounced finish.

02Float work
Float work is where render is levelled and worked with a float to produce a true, even surface, either as the finish itself or as the base for the coat that follows. It's skilled, hands-on work, and the quality of the final finish depends on it.

03Internal plastering, white set & rendering
Internal walls are the backdrop to every room. We carry out internal plastering and rendering for homes and commercial buildings, paying attention to how walls, corners, edges and transitions come together in the finished space.
Internal white set is part of every build we work on. It's the smooth, hard-wearing finish coat over the internal render that leaves walls clean, true and ready for painting.

04External rendering
External render has a big influence on how a building looks from the street. We render homes and commercial properties to the project's design and specified finish, including rendering over existing brickwork to give a building a new face.

- New builds, brick-to-render transformations, apartment blocks, feature pillars and boundary walls.

05Residential plastering
We work with homeowners, builders and supervisors on residential plastering across Perth and on our regular work up north. That covers internal and external work on new homes, from single-storey builds to two-storey projects, as well as rendering existing brick homes.
Private jobs are an important part of our work. We deal directly with homeowners to discuss the surfaces, finishes and scope of their plastering project, with clear communication from the initial enquiry through to the work on site.

06Commercial plastering
Commercial projects bring their own demands for coordination, scale and consistency. We provide plastering for commercial construction, working alongside builders and supervisors. Our experience includes plastering work at Perth Children's Hospital and, up north, on new-build nursing homes and retirement villages.

Our regular work up north includes plastering on new-build nursing homes and retirement villages. We work alongside the builders delivering these projects as part of our fortnightly trips to the Mid West.
Repeated rooms, corridors and shared spaces call for consistent finishes. We agree the plastering scope and specified finishes with the builder for each project.
